Pursuant to Section 7 of Article II of the Community Food Co-op Bylaws, Amended and Restated, it has been deemed that your membership is inactive (not used for five years and presumed abandoned) and is eligible for donation to local, nonprofit 501(c)3 organizations. If you wish to remain an active member owner (or would like to request a refund of your membership share), you must notify the Co-op by June 1^st, 2023 via email at [email protected] or call 406-587-1919 ext 3060. If not, your share will be donated to charitable organizations in our community. If you believe you are receiving this postcard out of error, please contact us.
