Coffeehouse & Smoothie Bar

Enjoy freshly brewed beverages and smoothies served 8am - 3pm, plus pastries and sandwiches from our Co-op Bakery and Kitchen.

Our cooks prepare scratch-made meals daily using local and organic ingredients. Find vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options on our hot, salad, and Made For You case every day.

Fresh Baked Breads & Pastries

From specialty breads to rich, buttery scones and seasonal fruit muffins, find an array of sweet and savory treats from the Co-op Bakery, all baked for you right here.

When the recipe calls for it, we always choose organic Montana flour and organic eggs and dairy.

Why Buy Bulk?
You're not paying for packaging, plus you can buy exactly what you need. Reusing your own contains reduces waste

How to Shop Bulk

  • Weigh your empty container and record the weight (labels at scales)

  • Write the PLU number from the dispenser on a label

  • The cashier will deduct the container weight at checkout

Look for purple "Co+op Basics" tags that indicate Everyday Low Prices on pantry essentials.

Members Save More
Anyone is welcome to shop at the Co-op, however, members save an additional 10% on Co+op Deals. On average, that's 800+ items in the store at any given time! Just use your membership at checkout.

Meat & Seafood

From Ranch to Market

We offer grass-fed beef, to pork, lamb, and free-range chicken from humanely raised, local, regional, and organic sources.

Local, Montana-raised beef is the freshest option available. Buying from these ranches keeps revenue in our local communities, promotes sustainable agriculture, and preserves open space.

Look for local, regional, and Montana-raised signage throughout the department.

Co-op Choice Seafood

Our oceans are overfished, and our shopping decisions (even in landlocked Montana) impact marine ecosystems.

We're committed to sustainable seafood. Using the Monterrey Bay Aquarium’s Seafood Watch list as our guide, we only purchase seafood fished or farmed in ways that minimize harm to the environment and other marine species. We do not carry any seafood on the Seafood Watch’s “Avoid” list.

Co-op Produce

Co-op West Main’s Produce Department is packed with local and organic flavor. We offer a wide selection of fresh fruits and vegetables grown without synthetic pesticides or fertilizers, including many certified organic options.

We strive to stock our shelves with the highest-quality fruits and vegetables available, prioritizing those that are grown within 300 miles of our store or are certified organic.

Providing our customers with food free of chemicals, pesticides, insecticides and genetically modified organisms (GMOs) is very important to us.

Western Montana has a plethora of local breweries, and our selection showcases local favorites alongside seasonal releases. We also feature exceptional craft brews from across the country.

Our wine selection reflects the same commitment to quality and sustainability as the rest of the Co-op — unique, thoughtfully sourced, and worth celebrating.

Our Wellness Department offers 1,300+ natural and holistic supplements and vitamins to support your health. Many are certified organic, non-GMO verified, vegan-verified, and gluten-free.
