Did you know all our Co-op bread is baked daily in-house?

If you drive past on Main Street, chances are you will see our bread team hard at work creating those tasty loaves.

Using fresh ingredients of the highest quality, our bread team continues to create some of the best loaves in town. A big reason for our expansion was to increase the efficiency of our food service departments. 

Our bread department has gone through a lot of exciting changes recently, including upgrading our bread oven to allow us to bake 80 loaves at once! 

As soon as it's out of the oven and sufficiently cooled down, the loaves go straight to the shelf.
