Downtown Bozeman Restaurant Week is almost here, and we’re celebrating with a cozy, seasonal special made with ingredients from some of our favorite local businesses! From April 21st - 27th, swing by Co-op Downtown for a delicious, locally made meal. It’s the perfect spot to fuel up while you explore downtown!
This isn’t your average pot roast.
We’re serving up a slow-roasted, coffee-rubbed Spring Pot Roast, made with grassfed beef from BBar Ranch and Treeline Coffee — two beloved Montana producers. The beef is seasoned with orange zest, warm spices, and a fresh herb blend, then roasted to tender perfection alongside a medley of spring onions, carrots, root vegetables, and mushrooms.
It’s hearty and comforting while still feeling fresh and bright — just like spring in Montana.
Don’t forget — when you dine with us during Restaurant Week, you can get your Restaurant Week punch card stamped for a chance to win prizes from your favorite Downtown Bozeman merchants.
