CONSENT AGENDA

REVIEW & FINALIZE agenda, March meeting minutes, calendar, and action items review.

 

COMMITTEE ITEMS THAT REQUIRE BOARD ACTION

 

Governance Committee: Discussion of current governance policies, procedures and possible future updates.

NAP: Review of the proposed slate of candidates for the 2022 Board election. Slate of candidates: APPROVED by the Board.

 

GENERAL MANAGER’S REPORT

We’ll be starting to advertise about job opportunities for high schoolers aged 16 and up. Ads will mention that the families will get a discount when their teen is on staff. The alley behind Co-op Downtown will be torn up for a week. Black St. will be closed.

 

FINANCE  Discussion of the past months’ sales levels, cash position, inflation, wages. Co-op Controller Hanah will be creating the draft budget for the next fiscal year, for review at the May Board meeting. Annual insurance policies review of types/amounts of coverage. Marketing Department has kicked off the Members Save More discount program.

 

MISCELLANEOUS

GMM ad hoc Committee discussed the planning for this year’s membership meeting and the gathering on June 26.
