I. PRESENTATION OF PROPOSED 920 PROJECT DESIGN We reviewed the new exterior design. Exterior finishes include wood rainscreen, stacked wood veneer, metal siding & CMU veneer. Windows on 10th & Main show the bread bakery.

II. PUBLIC COMMENTS Karl Ottenstein & Karen Ososki shared their thoughts on the exterior. Karl suggested using sun screens to break up the façade. They shared concerns about the size of non-retail addition vs. retail space and the lack of additional retail space.

III. BOARD COMMENTS Board generally agreed with the design direction and functionality that the architect has presented. Design potentially incorporates a green roof and solar wall, depending on cost. Design incorporates elements that the Board requested at their prior meeting, including the use of more natural materials, breaking up the uniformity of the building, Main Street appeal, overall building character to ensure it fits the neighborhood and the community, ensuring addition blends with current building but has its own identity, as a support facility that is separate from retail.
