1. What is an e-gift card, and how can I purchase one?
An e-gift card is a digital version of our gift card that you can buy online through our CoGo platform. It can be sent via email, text message, or printed at the time of purchase. You can use it for both online and in-store purchases.
2. Can I use my e-gift card online and in-store?
Yes! Your e-gift card can be used for purchases both on our website and in-store. Simply present the barcode on your phone or bring a printed copy for the cashier to scan at checkout.
3. How do I check the balance on my e-gift card?
You can check the balance anytime by visiting the unique webpage associated with your e-gift card. The link will be sent to you via email or text when you purchase the card. You can also bookmark the webpage to check your balance or print a new copy of the barcode anytime.
4. How do I add more value to my e-gift card?
Additional value can only be added to your e-gift card in-store. Just let the cashier know how much you'd like to add.
5. Can I purchase other items when buying an e-gift card online?
No. Your shopping cart must be empty when purchasing an e-gift card. Be sure to complete any other purchases before adding an e-gift card to your cart.
6. What happens if I don’t print my e-gift card at checkout?
If you don't choose the “Print” option during checkout, the order history won’t display the barcode or full gift card code. You'll receive a partial code on your receipt, but you can always retrieve your full gift card code from the email or text message sent at the time of purchase.
7. Is there an expiration date on e-gift cards?
No, there is no expiration date. However, if your e-gift card has a zero balance and remains inactive for 120 days, it will be temporarily removed from our system. Don’t worry, though – it can be reactivated anytime when you add more value!
8. Can I share my e-gift card with someone else?
Yes, the e-gift card link can be shared with anyone. Family members or friends can use the link to access and spend the balance of the e-gift card.
9. What if my e-gift card is lost or not working?
Protect your e-gift card and treat it as you would cash. E-gift cards can be used for purchases of merchandise and cannot be redeemed for cash. Lost or stolen e-cards will not be replaced. E-gift cards are not refundable. Merchandise purchased with an e-gift card that is subsequently returned will be refunded in the form of store credit.

10. Is there a limit to how much I can load onto my e-gift card?
There are no minimum or maximum limits on the amount you can load onto your e-gift card. You can add as much or as little as you like.
11. Do I have to be a Co-op Member to purchase an e-gift card?
Anyone can purchase an e-gift card. You do not need to be a Co-op member.
12. Do I have to create an online account to purchase an e-gift card?
No. However, we encourage you to. By creating an account, you can easily access your gift card if you ever lose your e-gift card link.
