DEI Council
Formed in 2020, our DEI Council (Paige Cresswell, Sophia Bielsky and Beck Madden) collaborates with Co-op staff and managers to create a more diverse, equitable and inclusive place to work and shop.
Since forming, the council has helped us implement new staff trainings, identify groups to support whose mission aligns with our DEI commitments and compile meaningful holidays and dates to recognize!
