Dinner's on the Co-op Results

We would like to thank everyone who came out and supported the Community Cafe on September 28.
Co-op Chef Kelly Walunis prepared a delicious meal featuring Pork Pozole. The soup was made using pork from an organically-raised pig we purchased at the Big Sky Country State Fair 4-H auction.
This was a record breaking night at the Café in terms of money raised and people served. Under Kelly’s lead, the kitchen crew at the Café churned out 348 plates of food.
Between the many generous donations at the Cafe, and our online fundraising page, our community came together and raised $4,310.10 for the Cafe.
A special thanks to Pioneer Meats for generously processing the meat free of charge. We'd also like to thank Root Cellar Foods for donating local veggies for the meal.
