Dinner's on the Co-op
September 13, 2017
On Monday, October 2 from 5-8 pm, Co-op guest chef Kelly Walunis will prepare a special Indian-inspired menu featuring Pork Vindaloo to help raise money for the Community Cafe.
The Cafe (located at 302 North 7th Ave.) is Bozeman's only "pay what you can" restaurant, serving healthy, hot dinners to members of our community.
Everyone is invited and encouraged to come together and enjoy this special Guest Chef Night and donate whatever you can. The suggested donation is $10/person.

The menu features pork from locally-raised hogs purchased by the Co-op at the 4-H Junior Livestock Market Sale. The hogs were raised by Lane and Sage Smart and Samantha Draeger.
Proceeds from the event will go directly to the Cafe, which provides an invaluable service in fighting hunger in our area. Funding is needed to help keep its doors open.
The Co-op is proud to partner on this event with Pioneer Meats of Big Timber, who graciously processed the animal free of charge as a supporter of this event.
The hogs yielded more than 300 pounds of meat. Whatever is not used on this dinner will be donated to the Community Cafe for other meals throughout the year.
From apples to jalapenos and cilantro, Root Cellar Foods is also generously donating more than 80 pounds of local fruits and vegetables for the dinner.
