Bridger Foothills Fire Relief Efforts

As we begin to take a toll of this catastrophic fire, our hearts are heavy. From the brave folks working on the front lines to those facing displacement and immeasurable loss, the words are truly hard to find.

As we watch our community come together in solidarity and support, we are reminded of what a special place this is. Local restaurants have provided hot meals for firefighters. Volunteers arrived to sort and deliver donations. People showed up with trailers to help evacuate animals. Many offered shelter for evacuees and land for livestock. We are truly honored to be part of this incredible community-wide response.

This weekend, our team rallied together to do what we do best: feed our community. Staff quickly assembled and delivered more than $2,700 worth of supplies, including bottled water, coconut water, energy bars, energy gels, jerky and fresh-baked Co-op cookies.

While this remains a rapidly evolving situation, we are told that crews are currently well-stocked on drinks and snacks for the projected life of the fire.  Despite colder temperatures on Monday, the fire remains a threat and is likely to flare up again later in the week.
