In August, 20 cents of every bulk apple sold at both Co-op locations will support Western Sustainability Exchange. Since 1994, this non-profit has worked alongside ranchers, businesses, and organizations to help the health of the soil, water, climate, and wildlife habitat through regenerative practices. WSE does this through seminars and workshops, as well as through direct action such as managing the most significant grazing carbon capture in America to providing a physical space for the Livingston Farmers market. With this, they can create strong relationships between landowners and the quality of our natural resources, creating healthy food in our local areas. Currently, WSE is looking for market volunteers and student interns!
