Save the Date: General Membership Meeting

Please join us for the Co-op’s annual General Membership Meeting (GMM) on Sunday, June 27 for food, live music, the general election and more!

Rain or shine, the meeting begins at 6:30 p.m. under the big tent, where members can learn about your Co-op’s recent successes, challenges – and opportunities – as we review the past year and plan for our future. After the meeting, join us for live music and a delicious dinner prepared by the Co-op Deli. Or, just socialize on the Co-op lawn with fellow members.

So, Save the Date – Sunday, June 27th – for this year’s GMM. Come and enjoy this festive and lively celebration!

2010 GMM Poster: About The Artist

Ellen Herlant created the 2010 Community Food Co-op’s General Membership Meeting poster. She wanted to create something fun and humorous and bright and cheery. Ellen recently studied graphic design at MSU and completed an internship at KGLT in 2009 where she worked on advertising and designed their annual t-shirt.

Recently, she started her own graphic design and illustration business. Ellen also hopes to make more time in the next year to work on printmaking and painting and to illustrate a children’s book. You can look at some of her work at www.ellenherlant.com.
