Looking to get the day started with some caffeine? Head upstairs to the Flying C Café and Coffee Shop. Whether you like your coffee black or prefer a frothy cappuccino, our talented baristas have you covered. We have soy and rice milk for no additional cost. All of our drinks are Fair Trade, organic and made with love!

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, so fuel up with our affordable and tasty options. Our off-site kitchen delivers fresh baked goodies including banana bread, scones and muffins. We also have breakfast burritos and biscuits, scrambled eggs and bacon.

A full juice bar, the Flying C also offers organic fresh-squeezed vegetable juices and thirst quenching smoothies. From basic carrot juice to those spiced up with ginger and garlic, the juice menu is filled with healthy flavors. We also offer locally-grown wheat grass shots. Our incredible and unique smoothies come in all colors and flavors and we welcome you to specialize or create your own.

Feeling sweet? Check out our bakery case stocked with delicious homemade baked fresh daily in our kitchen. Indulge in a Raspberry Love Cake, go classic with a chocolate chip cookie or bite into a decedent Triple Chocolate Brownie. We’ve also got yummy wheat-free and vegan options including our popular Chocolate Vegan Cupcakes and our rich Flourless Chocolate Cake. Our selection varies a bit, but is always fresh, delicious and certain to please!

Upstairs we also have a great dining area, where you can sip on your mocha or snack on food from downstairs. With free Wi-Fi, a live music schedule and local art, this is a great place hangout. And, the views of the Bridger Mountains are incredible. Members and non-members are welcome!
