We make many items with no wheat or gluten ingredients. However, our production areas are also used to make items that do contain gluten. Therefore, we feel the potential for air-borne flour particles is too great to make a gluten-free claim. All care is taken to avoid mingling of ingredients, so if you aren’t celiac and are simply looking to avoid eating gluten, we do have options for you. Ingredients are provided for everything we make. Additionally, our display signage is color-coded yellow for wheat-free items. (There’s a key in all retail display areas that helps you identify what you’re looking for).
