Managers


	Kelly Wiseman General Manager	Kelly Wiseman, general manager, has worked for the Co-op since 1989, first as a co-manager and then becoming general manager in 1995. His duties in the store include coordinating management for all departments and strategizing for the future. When not at work Kelly likes to hike, bike, ski, paddle an open canoe or strum a six string guitar. Montana has been his home for over 30 years.
	Dana Huschle Controller	Dana Huschle, controller, has been with the Co-op since 1984. As the Co-op’s controller, he helps oversee the continued growth of the Co-op while managing ongoing fiscal matters. Dana is also involved in sharing strategies and information with the Cooperative Grocers Information Network. In his free time you will find Dana enjoying backcountry adventures throughout the region.
	Anne Johnson Human Resources Manager	Anne Johnson, human resources manager, joined the Co-op staff in December 2006. Before that, she served the Co-op as a board member for six years. Anne oversees recruitment and hiring, training, terminations, benefits and employee development programs, and other HR systems and functions. Anne spends free time volunteering on strawbale home building projects in Indian Country or engaged in other community-, sustainability-, and outdoor-based activities.
	Chris Berman Operations Manager	Chris Berman, operations manager, joined the Co-op staff in 2002 while working on a photography degree. He spent his summers as a whitewater guide in Glacier, Alaska, or the Grand Canyon. Chris currently manages facility maintenance and repairs, the cleaning crew and the trucking department. You can also see Chris’ fabulous photos of our monthly deli and bakery selections in our Buyer Flyer and on the website. After work you’ll find him fishing or hiking with his dog Cosmo or snapping photos and strumming the guitar.
	Nicki Halverson Deli/Meat/Seafood manager	Nicki Halverson, Deli/Meat/Seafood manager has been part of the Coop staff since 2006. She was hired as a cook in the deli and in 2007 moved into the Deli Service Manager position. Recently, with the Deli & Meat/Seafood Departments merging into one bigger department, Nicki took over management of that area. Nicki likes to spend her spare time camping, hiking and on the river with her husband and their German Shepard, Lyndy.
	Michelle Hintz Scan Manager	Michelle Hintz, scan manager, has been with the Co-op since January 2005. Working her way through the ranks she was hired as a cashier, was promoted to front end assistant manager and now manages the Scan Department. Michelle oversees our Point of Sale system as well as pricing and promotions in our Grocery and Wellness Departments. Away from the Co-op she volunteers on the Board of Directors for BORN (Bioregional OutReach Network), a local non-profit focused on community & sustainability. You can also find her outdoors trail running, hiking, camping, snowboarding or in the garden.
	Grant McGuire Produce Manager	Grant McGuire, produce manager, was raised in the Gallatin Valley. After living in Oregon and Wisconsin (where he began his career in natural produce) he returned to his roots in Bozeman. All together, Grant has spent 25 years in the produce business, the last 14 of which have been with the Co-op. In his spare time he likes to create art from found and recycled items, read and write poetry.
	Kenda Minter Front End Manager	Kenda Minter, front end manager, has worked at the Community Food Co-op for 7 years. She started as a cashier and began managing cashiers and customer service workers in the summer of 2003. Kenda loves watching birds and gardening. She fantasizes about being an artist again and she is currently looking for a wealthy art patron.
	Pat Weaver Food Service Manager	Pat Weaver, food service manager, joined the Co-op in 2006. He has over 20 years of experience managing other natural food stores, and working as a restaurant chef. When he’s not busy at the Co-op, he loves to spend time exploring with his family, fly fishing, skiing or playing ice hockey. Most likely, you’ll find him on the losing end of a Lego battle with his kid!
	Wendy Westmoreland Marketing Manager	Wendy Westmoreland, marketing manager, joined the Co-op in 2006 and brings 14+ years of experience in graphic design, production management, art direction and marketing consultation. She’s excited about encouraging sustainable living choices and alternatives that promote healthy lifestyles. When not at the Co-op, you can find Wendy skiing and snowboarding, mountain biking, teaching and practicing Bikram yoga or hanging out with her best four-legged friends Steve French and Higgins.
	Greg Wiepking Grocery Manager	Greg Wiepking, grocery manager, spent 25 years in investment banking, but grew up in the grocery business, working in his father’s store from junior high through college. Greg is an avid skier and fly-fisher.
